Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, given that the product is in stock.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

All orders are shipped from Germany. 

Orders generally take between 3-6 business days  (EU and UK).

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated at checkout and is based on weight and destination.

When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of your package.

EU Shipments:
All orders are shipped from within the EU (Germany). Since EU is a trade free zone, there are no import fees applicable.

UK shipments:
For deliveries to the UK, we are offering DDP Shipments (Delivery Duties Paid). The order total you see at check-out includes all VAT and duties and you should not have to pay any additional costs to receive your order.  

International Shipments:
If you are located outside Europe, please get in touch and we can provide you with a tailored shipping quote.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Collective-Stories. However, should you wish to return an item, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days.  We cannot process refunds for any items that have been used or washed.

In order to arrange a return, you will need to notify us by emailing:

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customers responsibility. Returned items which have been subject to “free delivery” and are being returned for a monetary refund will have our delivery cost deducted. 

We recommend packages are returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. Collective-Stories are not responsible for missing packages and we have the right to deny a refund or credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. On receipt of your return, Collective-Stories will send you a confirmation by email and process the refund using the same method of payment as the purchase.

In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that we at Collective-Stories check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you and returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
